Got allot don but nothing .. Set up to make dinner prep on home fries chasing around people want chickens .. Maraans I have them.

My doctor at the time told me I was dehydrated. I told him that I always had a water bottle at my desk and drank continuously while cycling to avoid dehydrating and he said it didn't matter. The fluid wasn't sticking around long enough to do me any benefit thanks to the diuretic I was taking.

Morning or afternoon folks. We are finally seeing a break in the nasty spring weather by this weekend with temps going to the mid 70s and lower 80s. It will finally feel like spring!

But i am not on diuretics.

I have allot problems with certain meds but the statin has not given me issues .. but I am only on 3 meds one is the statin .. thyroid replacement and one for tachycardia.

Rain, temps in the 50s here. I looked at the extended forecast. 60s by Saturday, mid 70s on Sunday and 87 on Monday with temps in that range for the next week then the high 70s.

Bloody well about time. We've been cheated out of over a month worth of spring already. I'm ready for sun and warm!

I've got chicks due the first part of next week and two more broodies that I'm trying to bust....like the rain, it when it does, it pours. Broodies that is.

Also fighting mouse wars. I took away all of their nesting places in the coops but they have taken up residence in the walls of the old shed. I've gone through boxes of Farnam Ramik bait and they keep coming. Thinking of switching to a live trap like the Tin Cat model.

Anybody have any experince with them?

I found the Tin Cat traps on HOMEDEPOT.COM for 9.99 and brought two of them. Free delivery and I get them the first of the week!

All of my bait holders were stripped again. I found 9 mice in one of the holders already trying to set up housekeeping. They had obviously been at the bait and were suffering.

I ended it.

Reading the reviews of the Tin Cats I was amazed as to how many people were actually saying that they REALLY took the mice a mile away from their property and released the mice so they had a 'clear conscious' and didn't kill them.

Considering the damage mice do, the diseases they carry, and how fast they reproduce (3 of the mice I dispatched today were adults, one a nursing female and the rest were juveniles) my conscious has no problem getting rid of them with whatever means available.

I'll just double down and collect more good Karma to balance things out a bit....I hope.
