I think I have been spending too much time on the Breeder threads. Most of breed pictures are barely recognizable.

I am impressed that they are showing real pictures. Kudos to them.

The SG Doking pullet looked particularly ratty and just wrong.

Hey everyone don't know what everyone is selling their Olive Egger chicks for, I just got a catalog from a big hatchery in my area and they now have Olive Eggers, can you guess what they are selling chicks for???

I have the same catalog!

They have cream Legbars in there too but are not publishing a price for them in the catalog.

Nope not yet. It took a lot for them to get the Cream Legbars, they tried last year but it feel through, due to the birds they were getting were sick so they didn't get them. I will find out the price. From my understanding all the birds that are "pure" were obtained from breeders. What breeders...don't know

I have the catalog and I didn't notice the Olive Eggers I will go back and check it out. I saw that they have the Cream Legbars I was surprised.

We like to call it 'chicken pron' here at my house (spelling intentional). We look...and then we're gonna find a local breeder. No way I'm paying that much for shipped chicks! LOL!
