So, Dally (my polkie) has gotten completely comfortable with her location. She's laying in the box and getting on the "youngster roost" at night. But she is still a bit scared of us. I managed to catch her yesterday, she flapped twice then calmed down, and no cat-strangling screaming either! Big improvement! But she still won't approach me or eat out of my hand

Guess what..... of the 3 tolbunts, 2 are female!!!!!! Woohooo!! And the male is crowing, and its a full crow, but just not loud at alllll!! So.. he might be a keeper!!

The roo, Fred, is just sooo funny. Everyone else just wanders around and comes to peck my shoes, but Fred runs back to the coop and hides!!! I'll try to get a new pic of him, hes so much bigger than the girls and i just love his crow!!! Its totally something i can sleep through!

The first time they saw it, all the chickens were circling it to do a group kill but now, there's always one of them standing on it and pushing the buttons. They had 2 options (got it at goodwill).. one that was separate (as you see in the pic) and one that was on a stand walker.. i shoulder have gotten the walker, because i have to dump the sand off of it everyday. But for $3, I'll just replace it when it dies.
