I love all chicken breeds, but I absolutely love polish chickens!
Not only do they look beautiful and hilarious, they are well known for being friendly and have great personalities.
I don't own them (yet) but my silkie, Pippin is sitting on 6 polish bantam eggs. Hopefully they hatch so Pippin can fulfil her dreams of being a mamma hen, and fulfil my dreams of having some polish! click here to see the colours I might get and some info about the eggs. I'm hoping to get a laced buff and a range of colours

I’ve never really owned one... well, kind of.

My twin (starburst) had a polish for 12 weeks, but it turned out to be a cockerel, and was pretty aggressive. He was beautiful though! He was a gold-laced polish... so gorgeous!

I think Polish are hilarious and add a lot of fun to a flock. They look so pompous without meaning too, haha. I have a silver laced and a gold laced polish (named Fancy and Fancy Brown, respectively) they are old ladies, pushing 10 years I think, but they are still lovely to me:
