What do you think? Is it true that laying hens lose their yellow leg color due to laying?
Their combs are a nice, deep, red. So if the cause was mites I think their combs would be pale? I'm going to catch them up and look closer tomorrow. In the meantime I ordered some Chia & Flax seeds for treats, can't hurt.

I finally ordered pita pinta chicks the only person in greece that has this breed is going to hatch some. I guess in about 2 months I will get them. I want 1 boy and 2 girls to start with.
