Thanks everyone. MP- I really should make them more often. I wish I could get them a little wider and less puffy. Not complaining though. They taste wonderful, especially now that I have duck eggs!!

My bread machine is a Regal Kitchen Pro, not a top of the line model by any means. It's much better than the one I had years ago. I've probably had this one for 7 years or so. It still does a pretty good job. Nothing fancy! It makes either a 1.5 or 2 lb loaf.
MSGenie-we had beef stew for dinner too! It was a stew kind of day, huh?
