I have 18 RIR red eggs incubating currently, and am so excited to have chicks in about 10 days! I got them from a friend who has a small ranch- 23 hens and 1 rooster. That said, some eggs are "dead" and I am a newbie so am curious to a few things: 1. Is there a proper way to dispose of the eggs? 2. How many days should I wait until disposing the ones that don't hatch?
Thank you all in advance! All recommendations are greatly appreciated

ok i have 5 speckled sussex chicks that are 3 weeks old. tonight i am getting 4 rhode island reds that are 4 months old. once im ready for my chicks to be put in the coop will i have a problem with them together? i dont want them to hurt my speckled sussex chickens or to have any problems. all are hens.
I have 2 that I got as a sort of consolation gesture/ try out these breeds when I went to go pick up some silkie chicks and they had less than they thought they did. I brought home 3 silkies, 2 reds and 2 "ameraucanas" who I'm pretty sure are Easter eggers (dog got 1 and I picked up a half dozen more before I knew better but it was the new batch that tipped me off after a bunch of reading here, they are really sweet either way).
I have only had them for about 2 weeks but between my 6 heritage birds, 3 silkies, 7 EE's and the 2 RIR's the RIR's are pretty but the feistiest of the bunch even though they have been well handled. Here they are at about 1.5 and 3 weeks.
they might fight not sure
i have two different chickens they sometimes peck the our pullets
where is the coop? inside or outside? if outside, the 3 weeks chicks i dont know think will be outside.
