What exactly do PMs do?

Why are there different groups?

they are sent into missions, if there is clans that could be threat (or allies) they send a group, some hoping for peace, others trying to find out how to take down the clan from the inside, it is easier then bring all the warriors at once to a clan and lose more birds

they are like the romans, but kinder
