Nope!

No yolks in the whites, that's fine with me, this isn't the first intricate recipe i've done.

No, but i seems to be egging the odd idea that we tend to eat more eggs when we buy them. >.>

No grease either, gurgle... You'll need a pan though, we have a pan specifically for Angelfood cakes, although I bet you could use something else.
We made cupcakes with it once, you have to use those little paper/foil cupcake inserty things though.

And the batter is funky stuff.. Sticky..

Good!

Oddness....

Are those the sort with the cone in the center? with a round edge, or the wavy edge?

batter is always sticky, least in my opinion.

indeed! Though the recipe i have only calls for >.> a dozen egg whites. my hens could replace that in four days!

It comes in two parts, and yes it does have a cone in the center.

It's mostly egg so you ain't seen sticky yet!

And not so much sticky as it is just weird.

Mine calls for two cups of egg whites and I make two sometimes, we have bannies here!

And have had them since the dawn of time, Polish eggs seem huge, so my egg size might be thrown a bit.

You can still try cupcake Angel food, it worked out fine with us.

I know, I know!

We have a few Barred rocks gett'in up there, but we won't be seeing eggs for some time still.

I know we need big birdies!

We're down south where, at best, we get a few inches of snow that lasts for two days maximum.

Now and again we drop to the single didgets, during those times we drag'um into the barn.

We have several coops, but their not those super insulated ones. There's no need here!
But my Silkies do not like the cold at all and Beejee won't even go out if it's below 50!
