Sure thing! One looks like "hulk chickie" LOL It's HUGE, super fluffy, and it actually has SIX toes on each foot! So weird

You don't have to unless you show, like me. Mine get "spa days"

But I know a lot of people who never clean up their silkies.

I show mine & I don't brush them. Wash, blow dry, & pedicure, but no brushing!

I think I know what you're talking about. I have a pullet with the same type of feathering. Wasn't sure whether to call her 'Ruffles' or 'Lacy' because her feathers look like both. Finally settled on Ruffles. Like you, I can't seem to get pictures that REALLY show what her feathers are like, but here's the best I could do.







Trouble is, when it comes to breeding, I'm not sure if I should count her as a frizzle Sizzle or a smooth Sizzle. I don't do culling very well so I really don't want to take a chance on double frizzles. Sonoran, I'd love to have your opinion on this.

my birchen roo. he is the dad to the frizzled polish mixes. but sadly neither are frizzled

and petunia! she is a little dusty bc she took a dust bath b4 the pic.

oh, and this little girl came out white with black spots. figure she would be paint but idk im thinking now just white with black leckage??

Petunia is lovely! Very nice type & if you can find a nice frizzle Sizzle for her, she should give you some very nice Sizzles. It took me several generations before I got a smooth as nice as yours.
