The parents are:what can you explain or show in close ups of the pink peach coloring..I just got my first chickens Sept 8, 2012 2 are polish-silkie sizzles one all black but not black skin nice feet and is a flat head..the other will be a white head maybe vaulted but barely..I would love to breed pastels..What are yours parent colors?
How can you tell lol! I am still trying to make a guess on mine!! Mine is 3 1/2 months old and no clue. It sort of acts like a girl but has the posture of a boySo I have 4 sizzles that hatched about 9 weeks ago,and wouldn't it figure that they are ALL boys. Oh well, we are keeping them no matter what.. But can I breed them to my silkies, if they are girls,?? If so what will I end up with? Maybe I should just buy more eggs and hatch more?
They are like silkies for sexing. The combs are hard to differentiate, especially since your bird has such dark skin. I'd guess girl. If you'd take a picture of her comb, I'd be able to tell more
sizzle are frizzle cochin to silkie mix so if your cochins are frizzle you make sizzle but some time you well get smooth sizzlesIf my silkie and my cochin breed will I get frizzles?? If so then can I breed those to my sizzles?
