Sunpaw flicked her ears at him, but didn't do anything more, she was still angry at him.

"Great job!" Brightcloud praised

Aspenfall flicked his shoulder. "You'll get used to it."

"I hope so," he muttered through the mouse fur.

Mintpetal scaled a tree quietly. She found a squirrel and delivered the killing bite before climbing back down.

Pigeonflight glanced around camp, it seemed empty, other cats had probably been sent out on patrols. She slipped out of camp, her brother and apprentice not far behind. "Hmmm, we should try hunting by the Two-Leg Place as we should try avoiding crossing paths with other hunting Thunderclan cats. I doubt a patrol has been sent there so we should have luck!" She chirped cheerfully as she kept her pace in front.

Aspenfall sighed and congratulated Mintpetal on her kill.

Brightcloud moved the patrol forward, scenting that what they had gotten was all the prey in that area right now.

Sunpaw followed

Breezepaw nodded, listening to the birds singing loudly. "Silver-eyes said something about the hunting being good there." She mused softly, speaking for the first time in the whole conversation.

Soon they arrived at Snakerocks. "We should split up." Brightcloud suggested. "Me and Mintpetal will hunt over here-" He gestured to a small grassy area surrounded by rocks "-and Aspenfall, Hickoryshade, and Sunpaw can hunt over there." He gestured further up the rocky slope.

Mintpetal nodded cheerfully.

Hickorywing wasn't exactly looking forward to hunting with Sunpaw, but maybe they could make up during it.

Pigeonflight smiled "That's great! Batfang can split up from us, I bet we could catch one of those birds!" She seemed completely comfortable with what Breezepaw said while Batfang gave the apprentice a confused and concerned glance.
