Wildpaw crawled out of the apprentice's den, his back arching in a stretch. He saw Breezepaw and Beetlepaw by the fresh-kill pile, a frown crossing his muzzle in thought. Maybe I can figure out why those two sisters are so weird if I become their friend...

Breezepaw gingerly lifted a thrush from the prey pile, looking up suddenly as she heard approaching footsteps. Silver-eyes trotted up to them, nodding in greeting.
"Hello, Breezepaw, Beetlepaw." He meowed. "Mind if I join you?"
Breezepaw shared a startled glance with her sister, the gray tabby whom normally followed Snakelash beside her sister, shaking her head warningly.
