burpees. If you ever have to get in a quick workout, YouTube burpees. A VERY good, cover-it-all move!!! Legs, but. Abs, arms.....cardio!
 
I'd like to join in but I do have sort of a survey-type question. When I get on the treadmill and run (I will do 1 hour every two days) I notice that my stomach gets a little bigger...not flabbier but just bigger. Anyone else notice this? I do some crunches but that is why I avoid the treadmill...I just find a good CD and dance to it since I used to take dance classes. Otherwise my exercise routine is pretty boring.
 
Chickster my lovely wife got a zumba for the wii.It is a very good work out so dance your butt,and tummy off!
Over to the scale............................... 217! a steady # a day.I cannot do the work out today, got a cold need rest.I doubt I wwill lose any thing on this day.

I still have no batteries for my scale. I will make it to Wally world today tho. Just been a busy few days.

HOWEVER! I have done really good so far this week. I have not stopped at any FAST FOOD HELLS! And yes, that is an achievement. That is a weekly goal. I say weekly because I am taking it one week at a time.

Goal number 2 is doing great too. I have been eating more fruit and veggie servings. I like fruit and veggies. BUT when you are on a limited budget, you just sometimes skip the fresh. SO, since no McyDs stoppages, I get more fresh fruitages. I bought a box of cuties. OMG, they are so yummy. even better, I am not spending 5 freaking minutes pealing all the white inner skin crap off. Oh yeah. SO, less than a minute is pealed, and 3 minutes later is gone. LOL. Great snack.
Goal 3. WATER. I bought bottled waters, so I can just take with me. No soda. I will drink tea still. I just get plain tea when I hit speedway daily for gas. BUT, I add lemonaide. I put 1/4 of the cup lemonaide and then fill the rest with PLAIN TEA. SO, not so boring as plain cold tea. Not as much sugar as 1/2 and 1/2 sweat/plain tea.

SO, those are my 3 weekly goals to work on maintaining till its habitual and then I will get 3 more goals. I am not going to do weekly weigh ins. I am going to do monthly. AND Middle of the month too, since ends are like... Mother natures days of reckoning... LOL and I can gain 10-15 pounds in water over night. NOT KIDDING. I have documented proof. lol

Have a great day all. OH, and for working out, I have an elliptical trainer, an aeroglide, and a cable work out station on a door. ... and Kids to chase and dogs to walk, and chickens and ducks to take care of. Ducks...
 
My tush hurts from Yoga yesterday. She made us hold the poses for a long time. At least I know it is doing something. Spending time with my mom at the assisted living facility is giving me incentive. So many of the older folks have balance and mobility issues that seem like they could have been prevented. The more I see, the more I think getting old is not for sissies.

I'm not sure what I'll do for exercise today. Maybe back to gym for more time on the elliptical....

Oh your all on the elliptical - torture thingy again! I feel bad mine is about 6 feet away so I guess I should go get on it!!!!! Trouble is if I do that then I will have to use it and then my tush will be sore!!!!!!!!

Wasn't able to get on the computer last nite as DH was occupied with it. Have to share ya know. Anyway, I increased my walk to 2 miles, and I try to powerwalk all I can. I don't have a level serface to walk, I am walking in out pasture. Grass, weeds, and what ever else decides to grow in a pasture. I did not get all my water drank yesterday. Started out good, and meant too, I was a cool day, and guess mybody was not thinking water, was thinking stay warm!. Anyway, going to drink all my water and walk my 2 miles for now. Ate a lite supper of a salmon patty, some cream corn, instant mashed potatoes. No butter added a little sea salt and peper. I did eat a large orange at 3. The store has fruit on sale, so going to go get some more, that is the area that I fail to get ate is fruit. Will work on it.
Been thinking of stepping on the scale, but I think I will wait until the first. With any luck I will have a good deduction to tell everybody, and I think that will make a good moral booster for me.

I wanna lose weight and get slim!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had an elliptial thing, I would do that of the mornings, and walk in the afternoons.

Well I got 20 minutes on the Treadmill on Tuesday, 30 Minutes on the Exercise bike on Wednesday, and today I got 40 Minutes on the exercise Bike! At least I got the exercise incorporated in to my diet. Still have not done my WII Fit Step yet but I did buy a WII 10 minute solution cardio workout yesterday for my WII Step so will try it a little today and do it Tomorrow Morning.

Going under on calories on the myfitnesspal.com but that is what I want to do, and not feeling any hunger pains, so I am happy with that.

I like reading what everybody is doing on here, though I not much on the response to posting as I would rather just read what others are saying and doing, as that always gives all of us the inspiration to get up and do something. So thanks to you all! And good luck to each and everyone you!
