I still have no batteries for my scale. I will make it to Wally world today tho. Just been a busy few days.
HOWEVER! I have done really good so far this week. I have not stopped at any FAST FOOD HELLS! And yes, that is an achievement. That is a weekly goal. I say weekly because I am taking it one week at a time.
Goal number 2 is doing great too. I have been eating more fruit and veggie servings. I like fruit and veggies. BUT when you are on a limited budget, you just sometimes skip the fresh. SO, since no McyDs stoppages, I get more fresh fruitages. I bought a box of cuties. OMG, they are so yummy. even better, I am not spending 5 freaking minutes pealing all the white inner skin crap off. Oh yeah. SO, less than a minute is pealed, and 3 minutes later is gone. LOL. Great snack.
Goal 3. WATER. I bought bottled waters, so I can just take with me. No soda. I will drink tea still. I just get plain tea when I hit speedway daily for gas. BUT, I add lemonaide. I put 1/4 of the cup lemonaide and then fill the rest with PLAIN TEA. SO, not so boring as plain cold tea. Not as much sugar as 1/2 and 1/2 sweat/plain tea.
SO, those are my 3 weekly goals to work on maintaining till its habitual and then I will get 3 more goals. I am not going to do weekly weigh ins. I am going to do monthly. AND Middle of the month too, since ends are like... Mother natures days of reckoning... LOL and I can gain 10-15 pounds in water over night. NOT KIDDING. I have documented proof. lol
