The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

Ohhh toning! I just started ballet and it began working quickly to tone. I'm writing a Hub about my weight loss after the Mirena IUD. I have one last set of photos to take and then I can publish it. It'll take a little while though, hehe.

These are all pretty intense so I suggest doing a little bit at first, LOL.
 
I cannot wait until i posess the streamlined look of a ballett dancer woohoo,of course this will not happen if I or if I don't do these exorcises that look alltogether too intense for me!

oesdog, I don't know how to make a chart at all. Sorry wish I could help w/ it.

cluckyjay, those exersice vids looked good.

I plan on starting back w/ the power yoga Sunday. I'm planing on doing it at least 3 days a week, but hopeful I can get to 5 days a week.
 
Now Karl.. you can do anything you set your mind to do. Just try to set your self up for success.... by keeping healthy prepared snacks in the house or on your person... No shame in eating if you are hungry!
I like the idea of a before and after pictures providing everybody keeps their clothes on.. lol

Goals may work fine for some folks.. but not for me

I have gone at this change with the attitude... This is not a race.... this is for life... Just the word diet sounds very temporary to me. Every day... that I manage NOT to gain weight is a victory

Yes Kassa... sounds like a good plan.

Someone here in our small town is hosting zumba classes.... I am thinking now that hunting season is over I need to find something I can do that is fun.... I think I will call about the class

I was thinking of trying to take the old Chart and deleting last years stuff???? I am not sure how it would work???? If anyone objects to that or wants to remove their stuff off it say ASAP as I will try to take the other link tomorrow????

Me too Renie, I'm looking for life changes rather than quick loss. My worst habit is at night when I read-I snack nonstop. It's awful. If I could break that habit I'd be on my way. Another one is I work nights and graze all night. Bad, bad, bad. With me it's portions as well.
