The Tummy tucking flab busters of BYC 2012

Ok Guys I don;t know if this is going to work but I - sorry Annaraven !!!!!!!! Took the old sheet and removed last years data. I am hoping it will come throu and we can use it for this year. Some folk were saying weekly weigh ins were a bit of an issue. So I have just put a monthly weigh in date 1st of each month so it is easy to remember. That way there is only 12 for the entire year so not so painful! It would be good to post progress weekly as well on general posts so we can encourage eachother.
I hope everyone will sign up for it.

I am going to try to fill in as many names as I can from the posts but if you all would enter your start weight today !!!! And what you would like to weigh at the end of the year then we will have a good idea of who want to use the weigh sheet. Of course you don;t have to do that and you can still of course post on the thread and enjoy the encouragement I am sure will be there.

Well here goes - PLEASE WORK Sheet ?????

Google spreadsheet - ok this is not working so I asked the Mods to help because I just can;t work it out for us and I know so many of you want to get your start weight registered.

I have posted to Annaraven who kindly set it up last year but have not yet got a reply - sorry.

I've been thinking of starting the new year with this... i've heard of people doing this and having great results... what's a good resource to find out more? I just hopped on the scale and it tipped at 237.6 definitely the most i've ever weighed... o.k i'm in!!! goal is to be down to 200!!! God help me cause food just taste soooooo gooooood!!!

Just Google Juice Cleanse and it will tell you all about it. You can do a 3, 7, 10 to 30 day cleanse. I am on the 30 day juice cleanse and it works. As of today, I have been on it for 2 weeks and I have lost 12 lbs. The first week I dropped 8 lbs. I have 2 more weeks to go. I am hoping for another 12 lbs. And all of this and I haven't even incorporated exercise. It's a detoxification and it will cleanse you of all the yucky stuff in your body like fast foods, sweets, etc.

You will need a juicer. I bought one at WalMart for $49.00. It separates the pulp and only pours out juice.

There is a juice cleanse thread here on BYC where we talk about our juice cleansing, recipes and our progress. If you try it and stick to it, you will surely see weight loss. Just make sure that if you have any serious health problems - diabetes, etc. you should check with your doctor to get approval before beginning the juice cleanse.

Good morning everyone! Happy New Year!
Remember to expect a few backslides as we go toward our goal.... that way one won't feel so guilty and decide to heck with it and quit altogether. One good thing about an unplanned binge... it tells your body that you are NOT starving it and it will kick up the metabolism some.
Everyone get through New Year's Eve OK? I had icy roads, HAD to go down a hill, started sliding of course, but an angel caught my tire on something and instead of going straight for the guard rail, it slid my car at a right 90 degree turn which put me proper back on the road I was trying to turn on.

Guys Flockwatcher has saved us!!!!!!
She has managed to put the link to the Spread sheet on my first post on the thread so you guys can register. If we leave it there for now we will all know where to find it!!!!!!!

Please feel free to put your name and weight and goal down!

I am so relieved I can give you this good news and my computer illiteracy has not hindered our progress!!

Hey great. I am in favor of leaving on the first post. That way we can just go to it, and not have to look for it, since the first page is the page I go to first. I did weigh my self this morning, but I think, I am going to use the doctors scales up town. My scales, hummmm, came over on Noah's Ark!!!! Don't know how good they still work, but they I think are close.
Has a wonderful New Year's with my DH. One of three was home here with us, one was home with his wife and kids, and our daughter, I hope was with friends! Have to call her after awhile.

I don't have any exercise equipment, so I am planning on walking, and riding my bike. I have already started to watch what I eat, but had not started walking any yet. I did go and work with my husband cut wood. He was pulling down trees out with the tractor, and I was cutting and trimming with the chain saw. Shoulders are a little sore, but I feel really good.

I am sometimes a quiet person, so don't think Im not here, I maybe just reading. I am fairly new here, so as of yet I have not a lot of friends here, but hope to get a whole bunch more!!!!!!!

LETS GET SLIM AND LOOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have quite a lot of weight to lose to get to the ideal weight for me.

It will be good to see how I am doing next month. Keep posting and encouraging everyone. Lets try to keep everyone on board No backsliders ha ha!!!!

I am proud of my husband, he is a major carb a holic, and he just finished a one month very strict calorie, portion, carb controlled eating plan and has lost 25 lbs. I am most proud of the fact he stuck w/ it and didn't cheat at all. Woo Hoo, now is followed by another month of slightly less rigid but still strict on the carbs.
