I have the same issues so can empathise greatly with this. My hubby bakes and makes lovely things. Then he gets all upset if I decline. - Thing is they are beautiful things like last years birthday cake for our grandaughter and all the buns etc that went with it. Hard hard hard to keep hubby happy while trying to be eating the right things.

Right? Then there's my sister..she weighs 103 whopping pounds..she's fat you know! You know? gut hanging..big butt. Etc...

she's on a diet

she tells me I look HEALTHY...I say really because you look anorexic! Haha we adore each other but she has a severe case of messed up perceptions on how she really looks...love her but good grief....

It is soooooooo easy to have "messed up perceptions" I can distinctly remember when I was early 20's looking in the mirror and seeing fat, lots and lots of fat, but now when I look back at those photos I don't see anything like I used to. I can see how thin I really was.

Your so right !!!!! When I was young back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth and we weighed ourselves using real stones! I was 6 and a half stone which is in your weight 91 lbs.!!!!!!!! Then of course I got pregnant and that was all over. I never saw how thin I was - I just saw Fat and I did have anorexia /bulimia. It is good to get a grip on perspective and know what is a good weight for your height and sadly dare I say Age as well!!!!!!!
