*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Maud knocked on Adrienne's door. "Tea, Princess," she called. She hoped Gwen wouldn't try to follow Linnet. That was the last thing Linnet needed on her mind.

Linnet wrapped her arms around Peter's neck as soon as she was close enough. "Oh, how I have missed you so," she whispered into his ear.

Richard rolled his eyes. "If you aren't hungry, fine. But I am," he said as he strode off muttering a curse or two under his breath.
~~~
Edwin waited impatiently with the three horses. He was eager for a ride and to escape the castle and his mother.
Jane decided to go see if Cliffton was already at the stables.
Mariah laughed at the king. "'My dear, we need to get to business," she said in all seriousness. "We have a kingdom to take care of and several children who need to be married!"
Katrina handed the clean stack of sheets to the first maid she passed. Before the girl could object, Katrina headed to the kitchen for a quick bite to eat.
~~~

Gwen threw her pillow at the wall angrily. What was wrong with everyone lately?

Peter kissed Linnet lightly on the cheek. "And I, you. How have you been?"

Kat decided that pie with Richard sounded good, and quickly caught up. "What kind of pie?"

"Several?" Audric asked with surprise.

"I've been better," Linnet said, still holding on to Peter. The month long absence of seeing him was beginning to be unbearable. "How have you been, my dear?" She asked him.

Richard shrugged. "The kind that tastes good," he said bluntly.

Fawn pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. The stall stunk of manure, but at least it was dark and quiet. She had never really considered the fact that princesses and princes and duke and duchesses and the like were not really much better off than her in terms of choices. That is, she had never really considered it until the thing with Peter and Linnet came up.
~~~
Mariah raised an eyebrow, but kept a slight grin on her face. "Audric, what was the last time you actually had a decent conversation with your children?" She asked in a teasing tone.
(Did you accepted Elsa?)
(Crazychick accepted her and she's been added to the page :))
(Alex is good :-D)
A guard came and relieved Genevieve of her duty, and she decided to take a stroll through the palace grounds looking for something to do.
(Where is Alex?)
Gavin paced th small room he had been hiding in for two months now. He stuffed his few belongings into his pockets and glanced at his pocket watch. He had finally decided. As soon as night fell and no one was awake to see, he would leave.
Jephry rode his horse around
( @Cluckcluck1215 ?)
"Come in!" Adrienne called happily
Cliffton waited impatiently as the stable boy saddled up Clyde.
Katrina grabbed a pastry cooling on a pan while the cook wasn't looking, then hurried from the room. Checking to make sure no one was watching, she descended the small staircase to where Gavin resided. "Gavin? You down 'ere?" She whispered loudly.
~~~
Maud entered. "Hello, Princess. Tea and cake?" She asked.
~~~
Jane smiled at the princes as she headed towards them. "Cliffton, I have been looking for you," she said. Edwin handed her her horse's reins.
"What, you're not going to hold them for me while I mount?" Jane questioned, but still smiling.
Edwin smirked. "Well if you insist," he took back the reins to hold the horse still. Jane put her foot in the stirrup and mounted easily.
