The Welsummer Thread!!!!

Wondering what y'all think of my only Welsummer pullet, her name is Pip and she's 10.5 weeks old. Is she just typical hatchery stock or does she have "official" Welsummer traits and coloring? Thanks!

My pullets look nothing like the traditional!!
Could I still show them? They have more rooster-like colours then the light sandy brown hen colours

Yours are gorgeous!! I have no idea on traditional coloring but I like those ones!

I'm thinking she is going to be one pretty hen! She's already very pretty pullet! She has that pretty yellow neck feathering, and you can see the Welie pattern coming in on the back. Very pretty.

I don't show either, but its my understanding that the color is part of the standard of perfection.
