What happens when the air cell is mostly at the big end of the egg, but also slightly down the side. Maybe 1.5 cm from the big end of the egg? Thanks!

I have noticed irregular shaped air cells at lockdown and thought nothing about it . They hatched .​

I picked up eggs yesterday

I have

1 Mottled Java

4 Barney's

1 BM

3 FBCMs

8 Wellies

I also went by TJ's and picked up 2 dozen fertile eggs there, so I could see if I could get those to hatch

Setting them tonight

Can I hang out with you guys?

Thansk for that! Good info. I didn't do anything special to my shipped eggs, mostly b/c I didn't know I was supposed to, but I have 7 out of 12 shipped Maran eggs developing well. 3 iffy and 2 duds that I opened today and saw were infertile.
