Who are the most interesting characters in your neighbourhood? - I'm feeling better about myself now - I guess us guy's just like the extra attention! My first week in my new house (in the middle of the woods) I decided to walk around the back yard with my coffee in my boxer briefs - Well as I was admiring the foliage I got to meet my neighbors wife and her teenage daughter as they were walking their property line! Ahh first impressions - I keep em all guessing! LOL

Don't have many neighbors as we live way out and have 9 acres. Daughter lives next door. One the other side an elderly couple who have moved south and left athe house up for sale. Down and across is Harry He has karioke parties all night and the bass kills you, Jerry way down the corner is a character. He has lived in his house for 2 years without electric or water. He sometimes uses a generator when he can find work. He cooks on a camp stove or in his fireplace. Can't get any help from government I helped him get food stamps but hes fighting with VA about his disabilities. About 1 mile down is Ski He thinks he owns the whole area as he won the lottery for 11 million and thinks what he says goes. Trying to buy up the land around here for his family, Already has his son living on part of his land ,Harry is his brother the rest of his family are way down the road. Other than that the rest are over 2 miles down the road I can feed my chickens and water my garden anytime I want in my PJ's. Try it is liberating.

Well lets see. On one side we have some nice neighbors. Dont know who they are but they wave, keep the side grass cut nice and aren't bothered by my animals. Other side we have an elderly couple and their grown "baby boy". I give them eggs, they give me stuff from their garden. They're not in the best of health. ambulance over there quite often. Baby Boys not fond of my animals, but leaves them alone. Behind us are another nice couple. I do worry that my animals bother them but so far they havent complained.
