No 'medicated' feed made in the US has the bad 'medicine' for ducks nowadays. It was true many years ago when they made a certain feed. They don't make it anymore.
It's not botulism. I've seen what botulism signs are.I would be more inclined to suspect botulism. Decaying food is usually the culprit , but wet or mash food can quickly go rancid and it’s important to remove any that has been left laying around. Epsom salts will help to flush out toxins.
