They're Hatching! Day 20 for Glenda *PICS ADDED*

JD, at first I thought it was splash, but now, since seeing it in the natural outdoor light, it's a very, very light blue, I think. Sometimes its so hard to tell the difference when the blue is extremely light, as you know.
Ooooh, 23 degrees! I'm not ready for that yet. Sweatshirt/flannel shirt weather is great with me, though.

23 degrees??? wow, but I , too love sweats, the more to cover me up with ..the better. ha ha Hope they do very well now.

Here's Glenda (who seems to want to be a Turken-she molted on the head almost exclusively, LOL). So, is the Orp splash or very light blue? I'm thinking blue. My splashes have always been cream colored with very little blue tinge.

I am thinking with the color of the head on that Orp., it's a light blue. I could be wrong and I hope I am so you can get your splash girl!

Stacey, that color showed up much more on the Orp baby in the pics than in my own eyes. In person, you dont see so much color; it's like the camera intensifies every hue. So, I'm positive it's blue now. Even if it was a splash, it's not staying. Someone will hopefully be taking all four of these babies in the next few days. I'm just not in the mood to watch after babies through the winter.
There's not much cuter than a blue Orpington chick, is there?

Pearl was a yellow/blue combination when he/she was born...not solid like that...

Shouldn't be a problem... I had forgotten how cute the BRs are when they're babies...
