I recently had a lady visit who was terrified of chickens. mine were out, and I have to stay nearby, so if she wanted to visit with me without hollering from the neighbors yard... she would have to suck it up and see for herself ~ there is nothing to fear... she was amazed that not a one chased heror attacked her
she enjoyed herself and asked lots of questions, don't think I scored a convert, but I know her emotional sense of the creature called chicken has completely changed.![]()
today, I had an older gentleman friend visit while the flock was out. he didn't believe that they would eat treats from the hand of a stranger...before I could get the lens cap off my camera, he was surrounded!![]()
then he had a snuggle with my Prize Broody Mama Peach, a bantam Cochin x EE.
