when a teacher asked me what I was thankful for I said " my chickens and chicken "huggies"
me to they always step on my feet and peck at my nail polished toes.
mom- "We're having fried chicken tonight." Brother- "oooo what chicken? dandelion? lacy? pebble?" (some of my chikabiddies)

*walking outside in my pajamas in the morning* Mornin' Ladies!!
*rooster crows* you think your some pretty hot stuff, eh, Mr. Feathers? you better watch it if you know wats good for you.
Also, my friend, ( who is a goofball, and a chicken lover may I add) was over when I had baby chicks. One of them was standing on one foot with his head cocked to the side questioningly, and after a while made an interrogative berrrrk? noise at her.
My Friend: " PUT YOUR FOOT DOWN AND STOP SASSING ME MISTER !!!"
Chick: Puts foot down and cheeps, as if to say, "sorry mum."
My Friend: Thats right. If momma aint happy aint nobody happy.
Dont quite know why, but I thought it was hilarious. Maybe it was one of those, you had to be there moments.

me too! my family is also constantly screaming at our chickens to stop giving us the stink eye!LOL
