There's already enough people to welcome peeps in that particular section. We don't all need to ride the welcome wagon until we're sore.To me at least, a "copy/paste" greeting is 100x more welcoming than the hundreds of members who never even glance at the intro threads![]()

Frankly, I've seem many times where a welcoming spiel is such a turn off to those that hit the new member introductions with an emergency.
That's my point exactly.because emergencies often go unnoticed in the intro forum anyway.
