We made my brother put his stinky reeky boots on the front porch.Your dirty cleats are making the whole hall smell awful. If you can’t stand to have them in your room, don’t foist them on the rest of the dorm.
Try charcoal briquettes in the offending shoes/boots, and have the owner soak their feet and stinky socks in vinegar water daily for a week or so.
It might be possible to put charcoal in there, but probably impossible to make him soak his feet.

I don't think today's dinner of beans would convince him. It might though. I know one of them doesn't care for such a food. I might be wrong, however.
Well then how about dessert? Get creative! No TV! No electronics! All kids can be motivated!
