I used to work at Frontier. Long ago before they got bought by Globalcrossing, which is before Citizens bought the Frontier Name from GBLX. Same brand, 2 very different companies. One sucks.

We were actually told by the person who came out to fix our internet that you have to be real lucky to get someone good on the phone.

Frontier got bought out by GBLX. GBLX self-destructed in the dotcom bubble burst in 2001 and never recovered. Level 3 bought most of their backhaul and I think centurylink finally swallowed the remains of the smoldering corpse a few years back.

The severance package was nice. The stonks were never worth the strike price I got for them.
