Right, Sour, me too. At least I sleep like a baby! (All. Day. Long. Lol)I have boundless energy today and feel like I am 25 years old.
When I got my shiny new degree in computer technology, it was a bad time to find a job in tech. I had a tech recruiter (and I STILL won't work with that company) tell me, "If you don't have two years of experience, don't waste my time."How the heck do I get a job when all the jobs require experience? How do I get experience if all the jobs require experience? *sigh*
Thanks, so far there's a few certifications I want to take at the college. I also want to have a part time job for some income while I do it, which is tricky. I have a job right now but it sucks, I mean yeah I could stick with it but it's very draining. Seems like job searching is never ending though. Hopefully soon. I just graduated high-school (like, last FridayWhen I got my shiny new degree in computer technology, it was a bad time to find a job in tech. I went to a standard temp agency and took any job they handed me. I spent two week counting pills from a clinical trial return. I mailed out disclosures for a mortgage company. Every company I worked for, I took my resume to their IT department. They had a chance to see my work ethic. The mortgage company's helpdesk manager looked at my resume and said, "You have all of these certifications. Do you want a job?"
A month later, the place that I counted pills for called me because they had a job on their helpdesk open. You can do it.
