They are and he KNOWS I'm not going anywhere without them. I "think" his issue is because it's in the house. I have no idea why he does not like birds in the house. I love the sounds they make. Well, other than the stupid cardinal who loves to sit outside my window and make his mating calls just after 7AM.

I will be getting a parakeet at some point. When I find one that is so rare I can't stand it, it will be coming home with me. Whether he wants to "tolerate" it or not.

Parakeet or budgie...?

Our alexandra parakeet is a raiging loud beast that yells at the most inappropriate of times.... her cage is next to my laptop in the sunroom and she screaches from the moment I get home until the sun starts to go down.... don't get me started on the crap she throws out of the cage... thankfully the dogs are happy to eat the seed she flings about!

Mine occasionally get loud, but nothing terrible..granted I've only had them a few weeks now.

Show him my little ones....he can't say he doesn't like my Gin and Tonic.

Gin is the blue and Tonic is gray...Gin can be a little evil.
