Thinking About some Parakeets need help

Thank you, Pyxis. What about this Cage?Im not sure:https://www.amazon.com/Best-Choice-...en+Play+Top-+Ideal+For+Parakeets,+Small+Birds
Let me go and get all the links to the things, I'm sorry but they'll all be in separate posts.Dew to my stupid computer.

That one's still too small for even one budgie. I edited my post a bit to include a link to a cage for you that would be good for a pair. I'll take a look through your other links as well and check out your other supplies.

Avoid this, it's not great for their feet. Go instead for something like this placed somewhere in their cage where they will visit it but not spend too long on it, or get a really nice rock perch from Bird on The Rocks. My birds always love the and they really help keep nails trimmed down.

This is fine, you can look into other wood perches too to give them a lot of variety. I also would recommend a soft perch like a rope perch to give them somewhere soft to spend some time.

This is fine, it's just your basic millet :)

This is fine for once in a while. Try to make sure you're also offering them plenty of fresh veggies and some fruit, and a lot of them like pasta too. This makes for healthy treats that they will enjoy.

This is fine, shouldn't cause any problems, they may chew the plastic up so you may have to replace it though.

This is fine too, same as above.

Avoid this one - you see that part in one of the pictures that looks like a ring you use on a keychain? They can impale their beaks with it. I've seen it happen, it's not a bird safe part. Something like this but with wood instead of the cement would be much safer. See how there's nothing but the pear link on it? That's bird safe. You can probably find one in a pet store easily.

You don't need mirrors at all, especially if you're getting two. And if you get just one, the budgie could be more interested in interacting with the bird in the mirror than interacting with you.

OK thanks so much, Pyxis. Its expensive, but it will work.Thank you.

Avoid these, they don't even look to go in the cage and there's the same safety issue with them that the swing has - some of them have that keychain loop. Look instead at things like these:

https://www.amazon.com/Super-Bird-C...qid=1487981241&sr=1-19&keywords=parakeet+toys

https://www.amazon.com/JW-Pet-Compa...qid=1487981262&sr=1-28&keywords=parakeet+toys

https://www.amazon.com/Super-Bird-C...qid=1487981262&sr=1-41&keywords=parakeet+toys

They're safe, they go in the cage, they're fun for the birds to play with (and destroy! They love to destroy things).

Oh, and here is the food, took me a minute to find, since I didnt link it to my info in notes.https://www.amazon.com/Kaytee-Fiest...eywords=Kaytee+veggie+fruit+and+seed+Parakeet

Go instead with the food I linked. This isn't a healthy blend, it contains some unhealthy seeds that should only be eaten as a treat like sunflower seeds, and could lead to fatty liver disease.

Phew, I think that was everything!

Looking like a good list! You'll probably end up needing more perches since you'll have a lot of cage to fill but this is a good start.

You should be fine getting them from Petco/Petsmart. I always recommend a breeder if possible but if you don't have one near you then Petco/Petsmart should be fine. Generally they are around $20.
