This is our new rooster, sammy. What is he???

Sammy is a bantam rooster we got recently. He's not even a year old. He has an incredibly high pitched crow, and loves crowinng. He does so every ten or so minutes. The no crow collar doesn't work on him so we probably won't keep it on him. He has four toes on each foot, bright blue ears, and is super friendly. We were told that he was a mystery egg our family friend got. And they thought he was an easter egger bantam. But he doesn't look like one to me.

No, as I said, we only recently got him, and didn't get any pics. And it's stated above that he has bright blue/white ears

looks similar to my Red Pyle OEGB… but not 100% the same… (don’t mind the frizzle feathers… it was high heat and dry here in AZ and he had just left the mister system)

Similar body shape and posture. Do oegbs have blue/white ears??

Does look like a light brown dutch for sure even has the white lobes… and I’m assuming that they were going for RIR (Rhode Island Red) because of the coloring… but the size, and body style is way different
