This Is Pearl

Hi guys! I got some chicks a while back and am now having a hard time telling if my Pearl is a hen or a roo. They were fully feathered when we got them but the gentleman wasn't 100%sure yet if she was a hen. What do you guys think? I also don't know what kind of chicken she could be, any guesses?
