This little girl

This little girl came and hung out at the beach with us, in the shade of our umbrella for probably an hour. ( And no we did not leave our trash on the beach)
She was so precious and all alone, I wanted to take her home with me so bad.
But seriously the only ducks I've seen this close are my Muscovy. This little girl is 1/3 the size of my Muscovy girls. Is that full grown for a Mallard?
My Muscovies I love to death, but not one of them wants just come up to me and sit down next to me. This little thing totally stole my heart. but I did the right thing and left her there. Hopefully she finds her family

Awww, she's beautiful!!! I wouldn't have wanted to leave her eith, but I also would have. Maybe she just wanted some shade.

Sadly, she may have been raised by people and then dumped off at the beach.

I hope not, she wouldn't let us touch her. If I reached a hand down to touch her she'd fly away, but a few minutes later she'd be back.
