Good morning all! Fellow follower of the Lord here 😊

We are blessed to have been able to buy some acreage last June and are slowing growing our farm. At the beginning of March we bought 10 Easter eggers (my assumption, as tsc had them listed as 'color pack') and 2 pekin ducks. I have decided next time we go to add chick's and ducks that I will try and find local breeders vs going through tsc or I will order from a particular hatchery I didn't enjoy the mystery game lol 😅

If you are ever looking for great sermons to diversify your learning we go to an amazing church here in Whatcom County, we closed for a about 6 weeks and then reopened dissipate emperor inslees restrictions. Anywho, we are now going through the book of Roman's and recently finished Leviticius (😳 eesh that one was hard lol) but anywho we post all our sermons on our website gsccbellingham.org.

I have 15 hens and 2 roosters. I also have 16 chicks, 5 who just hatched 5 days ago! Not to mention the 5 turkeys! I also have a herd of 5 black angus, 3 herfords, 1 red angus, and a longhorn mix. I have 2 geaniua hogs ( don’t know how to spell today!) and 2 herford pigs. I have 1 mini horse, and 3 cats. I also have 2 French Bulldogs and 1 saint bernard, + 5 fish and two mini fainting goats!

I don’t think I have enough animals! 😂

Gosh I love your mix of animals!! 😃 sounds like a lot of fun!!

We hope to add a beef cow or 2 next year, we've talked about goats (for pets) and sheep for meat as well. We also have 1 11year old f/s border collie. I would love a GSD or another BC but we've decided to just let our girl enjoy her senior years and not try and introduce another dog into the home. Our only attempt resulted in a big fight, one which she would always loose due to age and size difference. Which then resulted in our 6 yr old boy in tears and 5yr old boy very confused and sad 😕.

One day at a time, trusting I God's plan and faithfulness!

Then, in 6 days, 6 more eggs are due for hatching under another broody hen.

We bought chicks at TSC for our friend who asked us to grow a few for him. The TSC requires a minimum of 6 chicks, so we had to buy 6. We are keeping 3, and giving away 3. They are almost fully feathered and ready for pickup to their new home!

We've got many broody's that we're trying to "break"...
we dont need any more chicks :) lol

Oh that sounds so fun! Someday I wanna hatch some babies, but ill have to get a new roo first.

I love it i wish I had room for more critters!! Post pics then I can live through you lol
