Beautiful birds, but puff looks a bit like a leghorn...what color is her feet?

Slate! It's so cool! She was a fluffy little cream chick with a smudge on her head, then all her feathers grew in pure white

I know...they are. We actually got them when they were rehomed (I use this photo a lot!)

We have 5 uniquely colored pullets and 1 oops roo. I have 2 favorite pullets, Peaches is really sweet, the other is a total goof named Spazzy, oh, and a third, she is pure white and so elegant looking but she isn't into being touched, Cream Puff. So I enjoy her from a distance

Right now we have 42 chickens. I’m honestly not sure how this happened chicken math lol. 11 adult hens, 3 Roos and 28 newly hatched chicks. Unfortunately we already have to many roosters as it is so any cockerels will be headed to the neighbors freezer camp.

This isn't mine, one of my fb friends shared this I'm glad we don't have an incubator, yet... lol!

Luckily I don’t think I’ll have to much of a problem after this hatch. Hatching stresses me out too much. I’ve only slept 8 hours out of the last 60. And only 2 of them were in a row.

With everything going on in our country right now that song reminds me that our God is bigger than all the trouble and is well able to keep us safe. The battle belongs to Him we need not be afraid. More than ever we need to be a vessel that he can pour his love and grace into so that it can flow out to the hurting around us. Even when we can't see it Hes working, even when we don't feel it Hes working, He never stops working on behalf of all those who love him. Who can you be a blessing to today, be looking He will show you.
