Hm... I just got a pm from the person who was bidding against me for the eggs. She says she thinks her bid was placed at 9pm and won, but has not heard from aurora either, which is weird because aurora said payment is required within 2 hours of close of auctio

i would just wait on aurora
i'm sure she will be on tonight.
did you email her explaining the situation?

Two people can bid at the same time on this new system. I was subscribed to the listing too and it showed the other bidder having bid 7 min ago and Iain bidding 6 min ago (at the time I looked) but showing up after the other bidder making her the winner since it posted at 9pm and not 9:01 as per the rules stated by Aurora. Send her a PM though and wait for her to respond. Until she declaims a winner no one can pay for the eggs.

Goosie update: Humidity just reached 70%. 2 are working hard to externally pip and I can hear shell chipping away. All of the eggs are vibrating. Interestingly, they don't seem to peep like ducks? They making more of a calling sound, but not a lot.
