Nope, just tryin to help her get quality eggs and have a fun hatch. I remember having craptastic hatches, and thinking it was all my fault. We will get SM have a bator full hatch, I swear it.

Does your LG have a fan? Maybe just turn it into a Forced air? Didn't you just get a new bator?

I tried catching up with everyone before posting, but it's near impossible in the little time I have to check in.

A few people asked me questions about my hatching disaster. I don't know how to calibrate a hygrometer, so I put 2 in and averaged their readings. I did eggtopsies on every egg that didn't hatch. It was very discouraging because they all died in the last day or two of lockdown. On the duck eggs, 1 was not pipped internally and the membrane was still very thick. All of the others were pipped internally, but hadn't completely absorbed the yolk, yet. I could also tell where they had been working on breaking through the shell, and they were very close. The air cells on all of them were approximately 1/3 the size of the egg.

I'll be back in a couple hours to try the catch-up game, again....
