Did ya'll see the thread on here were the girl did an eggtopsy and it was twin ducks?! Crazy!

That happens becasue an egg is actually double yolked from time to time. They occasionally hatch, with one or both surviving. (I have actually seen in it in my bator with a Peking, both were very tiny, like a bantem, and neither lived to 2 monthes)

I did!! I meant to comment... but I guess I didn't. A blood line means it's fertile!! So that's awesome!

I read the blood line means there's bacteria in the egg. For whatever reason.

The blood line, according to my embryology class (we used eggs) and Dr. Sievert, is just the result of the embryo dying, and the parts breaking down. The blood coagulates togather, and forms a ring during breakdown. They may or may not have had a bacterial infection.

Yep! Update for March..... We are in lockdown 98% of the month
