Wow... You keep good notes!
The bator is really full (remember, you all talked me into the eggs, and now I have them and you dont. funny world) no room at the inn.

Where did you get your dewlaps? I'm totally wanting some now. You've talked about them so much, and I went and looked at Petes pics. Oh yeah. Them and sebs are definately the coolest looking geese out there. Uh, hate to ask, but are they being shipped?? Now with the USPS wanting to close some P.O's (no doubt bad service plays a part here) I'm afraid its just gonna get worse.

I am really sorry your eggs didn't come.
Hey guys! Long work day here. Glad to be able to chill and read up on all the posts.
Srbenda, congrats on helping the babies hatch.
Cass, still wishing the best for your baby.
DG, so sorry to hear about Bobby!!
Celtic, how is your hubby??
Eyeheart, congrats on getting cayuga eggs!!
Marty, I have a magpie hook up. Interested?
No toulouse eggs today. Not sure what to do about that. Seller is asking me to pay shipping AGAIN for the eggs. Hm.....
And new news.... I bought 4 buff dewlap Toulouse eggs today. Really hope they will develop, as they were not cheap!

Ok, cant keep up with you ladies! :p gonna.go to bed.... Sweep the floor first, get brother ready for bed, do dishes... Ok, no bed never mind. I do need to go though. Night!

In the summer, I dont shut up ducks at night. We put simple solar lights out. The bugs come, and the ducks snack. Its a beautiful thing.

I just candled my Giant pekings, and had to pull 4 eggs gone wonky. That leave 7, but one is a little weird. The air sac is actually on the side of the egg, and the duck is forming and wiggling around it. Anyone had this? I'm sure, considering how many eggs we all deal with.
