Last night we FEASTED on .......

Guineas & Rabbit !!

OUR family has never eaten rabbit SO we Put it on the Barbie & Slow Smoked it, Seasoned it & was A HUGE hit!!! My kids devoured it, as well as my hubby & I
It would have went great with Asparagus on the grill or Some IA Corn on the cob!

I haven't tried rabbit. If hubby's bunny goes psycho one more time though....

Marty-I just candled my 26 quail eggs last night. Only 4 were fertile!!!!! I'm not a very happy camper. Hopefully I get a couple males out of the 4. Maybe I can find some week olds locally. I dunno. Ugh, this just pushes everything out a bit.

Okay so I will go get a hatching incubator...   how often would you move eggs into the hatching one or how often can I open the hatching one?  And how long should the ducklings stay in the hatching incubator once hatched?

-- -Be qucik. Wait and take out babies every other day, or grab fast.- I''d use wet sponges in there to keep humidy up too.
