I already love my rouens. I was afraid I wouldn't like ducks as much as my chickens, but I have to admit they are a hoot. They are just plain comical to watch with each other. We have 3 of them. 2 are very attached to my 9 year old and will squeak for her when they see her come out of the house. The other crested wants nothing to do with any of us. It stays with the others, but runs the other way even when the others come. We even hand feed them and this just hasn't worked for that one yet. We're hoping it will come around. I just love the "poof" on its head. Anyway, best of luck with your sweet babies. Can't wait to see what they turn out to be. I ended up with some surprise chicken eggs one day also. That was quite interesting. lol.Indeed, they are so adorable. I'm hoping they are appleyards or saxonies, as I already have some of those breeds.![]()
