plugged in bator and has been steady for almost 3 hours

We have the same incubator, it seems Well, one of mine is the same - I have more than one now, because I really need to be hatching that many birds at once As an update, both for you and Goin Quackerrs, the darn ducks STILL aren't laying, so I won't be able to bring any eggs to you on Friday OR mail them to Quackerrs. Sigh. Ah well, meeting up will still be fun.

I just spent a bit of time satisfying my contempt of malicious and ignorant craigslisters by ripping today's prizewinner a new one. If I failed to reduce that idiot to a quivering ball of jelly with my use of large words that she probably couldn't comprehend, it's not for lack of trying.

I know you're supposed to ignore trolls, but every once in a while, it's nice to tear one apart for sport. Does that make me evil?

You know the "Best Of" on CL? I wonder if I should write a humor listing making fun of this situation. I was accused of "shipping harassment" for offering optional shipping on small items so people wouldn't have to pay for ferry or toll to come pick up. Haha. I think I'll post a photo of a UPS truck and write something funny to go with it.

In more exciting news, I have started filling bator #2. So if I want an Easter hatch, I set tomorrow or Saturday? Opinions?

yeah i have another as well, this one has a homemade fan though that i scraped from a computer, a phone charger, and some crafters canvas

, no problem about the eggs, i will take some when you have um no hurry, excited for friday after we meet i am picking up some pekin eggs to set on satuday or sunday for our easter extravaganza

Ah, I was thinking that Easter was the 30th. I'll probably do Saturday too. I'm setting whatever my girls give me less the half dozen a day I set aside for eating eggs.

Emus!!!!

So I just did a preliminary candle of the test eggs. Neither the pekin eggs, nor the eggs of the mixed pen are fertile. Okay, what gives?

The seperated runners still aren't laying.

And the one cayuga who's laying is giving fertile eggs. So at least that's working out so far. Three more cayuga girls to go and we'll have genetic diversity!
