I was cooking

We are having a 12 Days of Christmas theme (as in the song) and I have to make a dessert in the shape of a drum (for "12 Drummers drumming"...). Seemed like a good idea at the time.

But now I think I'll have a snooze. Going over to see friends tonight and I don't want to fall asleep too early (I have a bit of a reputation for that).

I just got done wrapping presents. Next year I am buying tissue paper and kids. Well, maybe I'll talk someone else into doing it, ripping paper's fun for the kids. I have to cook a turkey and mashed potatoes tomorrow, but that's all I'm cooking. If anyone wants anything else, they better bring it.

I wish it was 80 degrees here. It's cold outside, but no real snow so far this year.

Well 70%'s on a different time schedule than us, so we have to be considerate and have someone up at all hours so she has someone to chat with too, lol.
