Now we just keep waiting for more pips and then some hatching........ Don't expect much action til Monday but there is usually always an early bird or two.

Yay for the pipper. Cute duckling pics are expected by no later than tuesday.

Definitely will post pics..... We need a duckling fix on this thread LOL.

Still just the 1 pip, but have a few more eggs moving a little so that mean we are working on more internal pips and possibly see some more external pips by tonight. I'm gonna get the brooder next to the incubator cleaned out and the chicks moved to the bigger brooder so everything will be ready to go. Moved a few of the bigger chicks out to the outside brooder yesterday so we are all ready for baby duckies to arrive.

2 babies out so far....... Another zipping and almost ready to pop the top on his shell. I have a cabinet incubator so kinda hard to get pics of them in certain spots so I'll wait till they fluff up and come out before I take a bunch of pictures. I do know that we have some colors other than black already though.

#4 is out I forget how long it takes ducklings.

So far we have I think a blue (I say think because I'm just shining my light in the dark incubator to try to tell colors), Silver, lavender and the last one is black.

Yay for ducklings!

The last four of my Serama eggs hatched last weekend. I'm amazed at how fast chicks start getting their feathers. At a week old, my little ducklings are still little fluff balls.
