I'm thinking my eggs have stopped cuz no more movement an seems that the veins have disappeared

What day are they on? Do you still see movement? Mine had a weird thing where I saw clots, but it was still hanging in there. I'm not 100% sure though since it's gone dark, but you wanna make absolutely sure before you make any decisions. Can you show us a pic?

Also, I have a question for Call duck owners...is it normal for the egg to be completely dark by day 18? I can't see a single thing. It looks completely full.

That looks like it might be a blood ring. If there are no veins then I would probably say it's a quitter

I've lost track of what day you're on. I have a habit of keeping questionable eggs longer than I should, so I'm not the best person to give advice.

Amykins, I wish I could tell you. But I am hoping a Call duck hatcher who has been busy earlier today might be able to tell us if the egg going completely dark by day 18 is normal or not. Wow, there is so much to know with hatching. Yikes.

To me, an overly dark egg is either just about ready to hatch... or dead.

I'd give it a little more time. But that's my answer for most everything.
