Thread formerly known as Hatch day is today

Hi everyone!!! I haven't logged on in ages and just was checking to see if anyone was still hatching. I rehomed my muscovy ducks and three of my chickens to a farm. My yard was just too small for all my ducks and chickens. I kept my three favorite chickens Laverne (a red), Shirley (black copper maran) and Cinnamon (Swedish Flower Hen).

What else would a 16 year old be doing? Schoolwork. *sigh* I'm currently trying to figure out how to hatch quail eggs for my dad. I'm clueless, to be honest XD
Oh yest the dreaded school work. Be many a year for me. Hey good to see you still have your poultry? ducks/geese chickens?and why not visit this thread you'll probably get all kinds of tips on hatching quail https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/48/quail

Sure do! Well, sort of. My mom and I have a flock of White Orpingtons (is that even spelled right?), I have a blue American goose. (she was sold to me as a goose, but I'm thinking its a gander, since I haven't gotten eggs from her at all.) and we have a mallard, who we call Uno. I haven't been into the poultry lately. Ducks really don't work to well where I live. They always figure out how to escape the fence, and then since we have a creek on the property they just kind of swim away. Uno's been with us for a while though :) Anyway, the poultry have kind of just been a failure for me all around, so I decided to just pick up a different hobby all together and got into music. Somehow I figured out how to play Piano, Guitar and Ukulele :)

But, hey thanks!! I'll definitely check that out! :)
