Embden. They are my favourite geese. If I had the room, I'd have those.

oh thank you cocoa... yeah i told her the next couple are mine.. hey i gave her a turkey and 4 chickens and 3 ducklings its the least she could do

oh but i am sooo sad thats the second one that broke before it got to the bator the other one was an embden and gray chineese x

they dont lay very often so we shall see when the next one is (maybe its a sign not to try to hatch in the winter..... NAHHHHH!!!)​

Awww. How sad. I want geese too, this spring hopefully. I dropped an egg bringing it in after my broody left it. I got lucky and the chick lived, but now I am terrified to pick up eggs. My incubator and broodie's nestbox are on the ground, just in case so I don't drop one too far. I'm a clutz.

OMG SM!!! That is SO FLIPPIN' WEIRD!!!

It almost looks like the air cell is too big. I can't tell how far down it is, but it looks like half the egg with the video. How far is it really?

I would love to have a goose but can't have one in the city. We would get a ticket and have the goose taken away.

I do agree that the air cell is big on SM's eggs. Time to crank up the humidity?
