Good morning to all my wonderful friends out there. Not sure what the day is going to be like today. We might go check out some incubators. I wish Murrary McMurry were open today. I would go there. I just found out they are about 45 minutes away. They have a pair of mandarins that I would love to get. $142 for a pair. And they can pinion their wings so no flying away. Hubby thinks they are beautiful so I might be able to get them. They are available on January 23. And they will be babies. I can't wait. The Guy said they are juveniles so I might be able to put them with my babies out front and let them grow together. Well outta bed and go see what hubby is doing and get the day started. so we had our first nice covering of snow today.
about 2 inches of powdery snow.
bout 18 degrees out.
i let the ducks out. and everyone runs to the dishes to get a warm drink, except the snowy drake.
he rruns out with them and a foot from the bowl sits down shaking looking around like what is going on here, what is all this white stuff.

It just depends on when the baby wants out. Have they made any holes yet that you can see?

Most of them have pipped. A few of them look like their hole is getting a little bigger. One has a chip out of the shell, but the membrane is still over it. It is wiggling though!

SM: That looks GREAT!! Aren't you tired?? AND You live my Murray McMurray! That's cool! I live like... an hour from Marti's Poultry farm, and there's another one. I think it's Cackle Hatchery. I want to work in a hatchery. I think that would be cool.

Well, THANKS! I didn't think about cross referencing ebay with craigslist. I do feel a little better about it. She does have nice birds.
